I am using BBNL wifi service from 1 year, I pay 2600 rs to my WIFI agent for the speed of 25 Mbps (which is actually way lesser than 25 Mbps). I am sure it is way costlier than other wifi providers. Also, the internet speed is not stable (changes every second sometimes). I would like to verify if I am paying the right amount. Please respond to the following immediately. I am badly disappointed with the service.

Our gram panchayat has connected by BBNL but internet service can't work properly.The company has taken trial successfully.Trial Pack was for two days. After that our internet connection was stopped. What can we do to continue service? Give me the contact number of the responsible person.

We took bbnl internet service on July 2017 from Mr. Sali in tubarhalli Bangalore. He didn't give us receipt for the amount paid, but we do have his WhatsApp conversation and a cheque given to him as a proof for our amount paid whenever we faced issue with internet he took 1 week to resolve that and now after 3 months, since 15 days we are not receiving internet and even after repeated calling he is not answering even tried calling BBNL customer care but of no use. Please help us in getting our money reimbursed and looks like he is a fraud, please cancel his permit to issue BBNL services in Tubarahalli and BEML area only then reviews for BBNL will improve.

I have an internet broadband connection at RT Nagar and want to shift that connection to betahalsur, Bangalore. Is there any facility to get the connection? If no then also I have a request that please help by supplying your connection in this area, lots of people want to this connection due to the lack of this unavailability.

Please don't go with BBNL. They are giving franchisees to local people who don't understand the meaning of service but simply want more connections to earn more money. I would urge to go with ACT or BSNL and definitely not BBNL worst service.
