Hasmukh Adhia is an IAS (Indian Administrative Service) officer of the 1981 batch related to Gujarat framework, who served as Revenue Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Conceived on 3rd November 1958 in Gujarat he can talk and write Hindi, Gujarati, and English. Hasmukh Adhia is exceptionally attached to composing and he composes customary sections on spirituality in papers distinctive newspapers like Times of India and DNA (Daily News and Analysis). In November 2014, he has been selected Financial Services Secretary, Ministry of Finance of Government of India by the PM headed ACC (Appointments Committee of the Cabinet). Before he was designated to the post of RS (Revenue Secretary) he was working as Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, and Government of India. Hasmukh Adhia feels that being on the way of spirituality and he is completely persuaded fully that genuine bliss comes just through metaphysical wisdom. As Secretary, Financial Services, he is better known for his new systems in the Modi Government particularly to banking improvements. He is in charge of presenting the plans to be specific "Gyan Sangam" and "Indra Dhanush" alongside social security plans of Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, and Atal Pension Yojana. He is also the brain behind the plan of micro-financing of Mudra. Adhia formerly served in a few capacities with respect to the Indian and Gujarat governments, including as Financial Services Secretary. In the time of September 2017, after the retirement of Ashok Lavasa, Adhia was assigned as the Finance Secretary, as he turned into the senior-most secretary in the Ministry of Finance. Adhia resigned from IAS and at the same time demitted the workplaces of Finance Secretary and Revenue Secretary on 30 November 2018. Amid his regime as Revenue Secretary, Adhia was viewed as a standout amongst the most powerful officials in India.
