Piyush Vedprakash Goyal is an Indian legislator. He was conceived on 13 June 1964. He is the child of Late Shri Ved Prakash Goyal who had dealt in as a Union Minister for shipping in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee cabinet. He is the presently serving in as minister of Railways, Coal and Corporate Affairs in the Government of India. He was raised to Cabinet Minister Position on 3 September 2017. He is at present a Member of Parliament for Rajya Sabha from the territory of Maharashtra and was before the National Treasurer of the BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party). He did his tutoring from Don Bosco High School, Matunga. Additionally, he is the all-India second rank holder in CA (Chartered Accountant) and second rank holder in Law in Mumbai University. Piyush was a representative from the SC (Standing Committee) on Finance and the CC (Consultative Committee) for the Ministry of Defense. In 2014, he headed the BJP's Information Communication Campaign Committee and regulated the attention and promoting effort of the party including the web-based outreach for the Indian General Elections. Mr. Goyal is the 2018 Carnot Prize Recipient for recognized commitments to vitality approach. An extraordinary social worker, Goyal has related himself with numerous NGOs. These NGOs give training to the lower areas of the general public and takes care of the requirements and welfare of the physically crippled individuals.
