Cinepolis Customer Care Number

Its very disappointed because my cinepolis club points are automatically deducted.

A complaint on 18th August, I received a message on my cell phone from Cinepolis India that from now on I will be getting 100 bonus points on watching next movie in Cinepolis India. I watched a movie on next day 19th August, but still not received any 100 points please resolve this issue.

They didn't add points yesterday and the amount was 1560

Cinepolis Money deducted, but tickets not booked/confirmed Today, I had booked 3 tickets for the movie "Bahubali - The Conclusion" my credit card. My credit card was charged for Rs. 345 but I did not receive any ticket booking confirmation by SMS or by email and not even on the Cinepolis website. Please help rectify this issue at the earliest and confirm my booking through ticket confirmation SMS and email at the earliest or refund the entire amount to my account at the earliest.

I booked 4 tickets for the show on 16/4/17 at Fun Cinemas Coimbatore. My card account has got debited twice for Rs.548.72 but the tickets have not been booked. This seems professional looting and the best part no contact number for the company. This happened to me earlier too, and I am yet to get a refund, kindly refund as soon as possible.

Hi Team, my name is Sai Gowtham and my mobile number is 8123141498. I went to Westend Mall Cinepolis (Pune) booking counter and got surprised to see my points. I have earned 4295 points by watching movies all over India in Cinepolis by which you can understand that I am a regular customer of yours. I think it may be the reason why they have treated me differently in a worst manner. Ajith and Ajay employees of Cinepolis Westend Mall Pune failed to help me and in reverse made my points to 23 but in original they were 4295. I have asked them to show the records of remaining points which were redeemed. They have answered in a funny way that someone might have come and given your mobile number and have taken the tickets. Didn't they know that they need to ask for ID Proof of the person who is redeeming the points? Or at least I asked them to show me the tickets which were purchased after 26/2/2017.

Hi, I did a credit card transaction on date 13.02.17 for purchasing the tickets for movie S III" at Cinepolis Fun mall, Coimbatore. The transaction went through and my account had been charged, but the ticket was not booked successfully. The account details are Rs 274.36 was spent on your Credit Card 4386XXXXXXXX4441 on 13 February 2017 at Cinepolis.

I had booked my tickets directly via Cinepolis, however the transaction failed message came but I saw a debit of Rs. 1314.52 in my Paytm wallet. I again went to the Cinepolis site and booked the same tickets via Paytm which were successful. I booked tickets for E Dil Mushkil but till now I have not received any mail or SMS

Hi, I have booked my 3 ticket of Sultan movie (Date on 10th July 2016) and made payment by paytm. But till now I have not get any confirmation from your end about my booking. I have discussed with Paytm also. According to them, the transaction has been successfully updated at your end.
