I had purchases ESS ESS Rain Shower approx. 5 months back and the same got damaged within 2 months of usage. He inspected the fitting and said that it is an old model and the replacement of the shower button is not available from ESS. However he promised to procure from the market and come and repair it on actual cost and a fee for repair. I was willing. He did come but the fitting he brought was defective again. He promised to come again but never turned up. When you purchase these items you are told it is life time guarantee and all the goodness. When it comes to repairs in a matter of five to eight years the models are out dated and spares are not available. My request is please inspect the item and if we cannot get a spare let me move on in life rather than chasing something that cannot be repaired/ replaced by you. Dear Shubhangi in our apartment in Bangalore have many complaints about ESS-ESS flush washer because of which there is a leakage of water when the flush is operated. Innumerable times, we have requested your service men and they always say, flush washers are not available after Asian paints took over ESS-ESS Company. Is this really true as we have requested for parts replacement an year back and still your service men says the same story even today. Moreover in the name of shortage, they started charging Rs. 60/- a piece of washer, which they say have procured paying their own money and hence they are charging which is without bill. I feel there is a scam here by these service men and are ruining Asian paints name in the market saying they are unable to provide after sales service. Please clarify if this is really true.
