Good afternoon, just I want to complain about the road that allows you to enter the building EZ 22, Building A3 Mushaireb is very bad with huge pieces of stones that damages our cars. This entrance should be repaired urgently. Also my parking is in basement 1 but the road have a very huge angle that makes my bottom of the car touching which leads to oil leakage and damages for my car, this concrete slope / angle should be repaired urgently. Me and my wife are living in Ezdan for 11 years now and I am very happy because the place and villa are so amazing and the maintenance is very good, my only complaint is your security guard here, every day we are going out for work and 3 times a week early in the morning we are going to hospital for dialysis of my wife and coming back home at around 10:15 in the morning it is so annoying and stressful already the attitude of your security they are very rude when they are asking you where to go and security should come out supposed to be on their guard house if they want to ask something but they don't come out that's why they don't heard what we are saying, please advise all your security to work properly and not to hide only in the guard house thank you.

I am looking forward to move to Ezdan village 11 and also visited some 2bhk with the in charge manager. They showed me all small dump flats next to stairs and 2nd floor only though I know through sources about more vacancies, staffs not interested or convincing to satisfy customer, annoying staff and no transparency and also 19 months a long trap contract in this recession period with no good offers. Kindly help me to get a good 2bhk at Ezdan 11.

My contract started in Ezdan in April Year 2013 at QR 5,300/- for 12 months (net amount of QR 4000 per month considering 5 months free) which expired on September 2014. I was told then that contract could be renewed without any free months at QR 5300 per month. I was surprised at sudden huge hike of rent 32.5%. I was told to pay cash for 3 months of QR 5300/- until December 2014. Later I learned that contract was renewed for QR 4600/- for other residents. I approached Ezdan office they told management has reduced the rent but I lost (QR5300 - QR4600) = QR 700 x 3 months = QR 2100. I renewed contract for 15 months QR 4600 per month which expires in March 2016. Considering the current recession in the market, I would plead with the Ezdan management not to increase the existing rents of the old customers which could cause huge financial burden. There are no more car parking spaces since some flats have more than 2 or 3 sharing families.

Ezdan village 29 villa V119 there is no water from 3 pm today so give necessary service as soon as possible.
