We are using Fastway cable and my plan is Gold Plus and as per Fastway customer care, this plan charge is Rs. 345/- but my cable operator charging Rs. 370/- for the same plan. Set box number is FCBDSQJQD, contact number 73407-96277. Kindly provide the solution as soon as possible.

My area: Mulechuk Radhe Krishan colony, Bhagtanwala, ASR. Cable connection is very poor there, the cable operator Mr eagle is the non-responsible operator, not giving the connection properly, maximum 6-7 days are blindly off the cable connection in a month. I request you please focus on the above information and dispose of it immediately.

Hi, I am a Fastway customer for last 2-3 years. I had chosen Fastway as I thought there might be nice service by Fastway. But I found worst service even distributor in our area is so irresponsible that they don't even pick up the phone maximum time we face 104 error and on holidays we face this issue for the whole day. The distributor didn't pay any attention and when we call customer care they have always one answer that there is a system issue so call after some time. I don't know to whom I can complain kindly suggest.

Dear Sir/Mam, As I am the customer of Fastway from last 5 to 6 years but from last 2 to 3 months we are facing regular problems like error 104 and maximum channels are skipping and I have also called your customer care number twice yesterday but the numbers are always busy and once when I connected the person said the system is not working so call me after sometime. I also called Vivek Manchanda number and our vendors in Kharar also but no one is responding so kindly clear me what to do or what not too as we are paying monthly 300 rupees/month without any information our cable vendor says now the charges are 300 earlier it was 285 and he has never given any receipt for the payments. Every month our channels are also getting lesser without any information we are found of English movies earlier in my package around 7 to 8 English movies channels are there but now we are getting only 3 to 4. Your service person number 9465884094 has promise to connect Fastway internet within 24 hours, he has taken payment also from us, but till now he has not come and if we call reply that he is coming within 2 hours. Not satisfied with your service. We have faced the signal problem regularly since last four months. Our cable operators always give us new excuses. Daily we are facing the same problem. From 10 am to 10 pm lot of channels are lost. Our cable operator advises us for Tata sky, or dish TV, but never try to solve this signal problem. I am not satisfied with fast way cable network service.

On the 21st of March 2017 I have complained regarding '104signal not found. I was told my inconvenience to Fastway customer care twice. After long hours yet my problem is not solved. Take quick action to solve this problem.

I have got three set top boxes at my place in Aggar Nagar, Ludhiana. Since last 6 months, at any given time at least one or two of them do not work. I am so frustrated with their service but just an addict to the movie channels that’s why didn’t change as yet. The people in charge in our area don’t take any responsibility. If we call them twice, after that they don’t pick up calls or switch off their phones. When you lodge a complaint on toll free number they say it will get rectified in 8 hours, but if no follow up is done, they will not repair it for 8 days and put complaint status resolved on their own. Such pathetic customer service is not acceptable at all. If Fastway can’t handle the business, they should sell it to somebody else or at least quit doing it, rather than harassing users such badly. I am soon going to file a formal notice to them in consumer court, just gathering the data for it.

Single weak, cable operator doesn't solve my problem.

Regret to say a sad experience with cable services at sector 47-C, Chandigarh. Complaint lodged with Balaji Cable services 47C since 03 December 2016 with a series of reminders still lying unattended and unresolved. At this state of poor service customers forced to switch to dish TVs.

Pathetic service of kharar operator not visited for set up box installation 6 days has been passed.
