Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Nasdaq President Adena Friedman to get 2019 Global Leadership Award
The U.S. Assembly of Commerce's U.S. India Business Council (USIBC) today declared its choice of Google Chief Executive Officer Sundar Pichai and Chief Executive Officer Adena Friedman for the renowned Global Leadership Awards 2019 by Business Advocacy Group USIBC in acknowledgment of the two organizations contribution as the main innovation-driven stages. The honors will be presented at the USIBC India Ideas Summit and Annual Meeting, held at the U.S. Council of Commerce in Washington, DC on June 12-13. The honor by Washington-based USIBC (US-India Business Council) would be presented upon Indian-American Pichai (46), and Adena Friedman (50). Given every year since 2007, the USIBC Global Leadership Awards perceive top corporate administrators from the US and India whose organizations play a noteworthy job in catalyzing development in the US-India business corridor. USIBC said, with organizations like Google and Nasdaq at the forefront, bilateral exchange products, and services have developed by almost 150 percent in the course of recent years to reach USD 142.1 billion in 2018. Sunder Pichai said, experiencing childhood in India, I saw the significant effect innovation has on improving individuals' lives, and I am glad that Google has had the option to add to India's exciting development story.
