Growing Old and Still Strong

At the most, you can live up to 100 years and that too only 1 man in 100,000.

If you live up to 90, you only have 10 years. If you live up to 80, you only have 20 years.

Because you cannot live for several years, and you can't take along things when you go, you don't have to be too saving conscious. Enjoy what should be enjoyed, donate what you want to donate, but don't leave everything for your children and grandchildren, because you don't want them to become parasites.

Why to worry about what will happen after you are gone? Don’t think so much, because when you return to ashes, you will feel nothing about applauses or criticisms of the people.

Neither worry too much about your children, because they will have their own destiny and they will find their own way. Don't be your children's slave.

Nor expect too much from your children, because they would be too busy with their jobs and commitments that it will be difficult for them to render any help.

Unconcerned children may fight over your wealth even when you are still alive, and wish for your early demise so they can acquire your properties.

Your children take things for granted that they are right devisee to your assets, but you cannot claim their money.

A 60-years old, can’t trade in health for wealth, because money may not be able to buy health.

Now the question arises “When to stop making money, and how much is enough?” Hundreds, thousands, millions or billions?

Out of thousand acres of land, you can only consume three times of meal daily, out of a thousand of bungalows, you only need 7-8 square feet of space to rest at night.

So as long as you have enough food and enough money to spend, that is brilliant.

Live happily. Every family is surrounded by their own problems. Then why to compare with others? Just for fame, social status and to see whose children are doing better, etc. If you want to challenge then challenge others for happiness, health and longevity. Worrying about the things you cannot change won’t help you out and also it may spoil your health.

You can create your own well-being and you can find your own happiness. Try to be in good mood and as long as you are in good mood, think about happy things, do happy things daily and have fun in doing them. This is the only way you can pass your time happily every day.

One day passed, you lost a day. One happy day passed, and you gained a day.

In good spirit, sickness will cure; in blissful spirit, sickness will cure fast; in good and blissful spirit; sickness will never come.

With a joyous mood, suitable amount of exercise, always shining, variety of foods, average amount of vitamin and mineral intake, hopefully and happily you will live another 20 or 30 years of healthy life.

Above all learn to cherish the goodness around, and don’t forget your friends. They will all make you feel young and "wanted”. Without them you will surely feel lost!!

Wishing you all the best.

People want to live up to 100 years and for which they need advice .One guru even went to the extent of saying ' forget the past thoughts ;don't think about problems of to marrow and feel happy with the present'. No body can escape from becoming old ,sickness if comes and death at last. The fear of these three things only drove away siddartha from the kingdom. One great social worker says" a day without helping anybody is a wasted day'.. So it is the question before us should not be "how many years we will live? " but it should be " how we spent our life? whether we were useful to us, others and society?. The Great Gandhian Vinobaji invited his death by undertook fast to death when he realized he would not serve people further. .Trees can live because it gives at least shades to the people who come under it . but we ?
