Hibiscus Punch Tea

This cooling blend tea can be made to look festive by adding fresh slices of lemons and oranges and a few springs of spearmint.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Water
2 Teaspoons Red Clover
2 Teaspoons Dried Hibiscus
4 or 5 Cloves
1 or 2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Teaspoon Honey
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Cup Orange Juice
½ Cup Apple juice

Fill an Ice Cube Tray with water and Hibiscus Flower Petals and then Freeze.

1. Now Bring the water to a boil and pour over the Red Clover, Hibiscus, Cloves and Cinnamon sticks. Steep for 20 minutes.
2. Add Honey, Lemon Juice and Apple Juice.
3. Refrigerate until chilled.
4. Add the Frozen Ice cubes and serve your tempting Hibiscus Punch Tea.
