Very good staff and their way to handle customers is really good, They answer phone calls and talk politely and with courtesy.

Hi, I am totally dissatisfied with IGL services, I have been chasing with them more than 3 months for the installation done at my flat which is at Ghaziabad and this is not new setup most of the resident having the IGL connection in there because of existing setup but IGL unable to set up one more connection in same society.

Dear Sir, this is regarding BP # 4000622514, I had done all the documentation for the new PNG connection on 21st March 2018. I had given the cheque of Canara Bank (no. 526097 dated 21/03/18), and same was cleared on 4th April 2018. Still, I am clueless after 4 months about the status of my new connection. In between, I went personally to the IGI office at Dwarka sector 17 CNG station, but nothing is clear. Would request you to please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible. I paid my IGL Bill via "paytm app", I received a confirmation mail from paytm for the success of the payment made and also received a text message from my bank regarding the deductions of money from my account. But unfortunately I didn't receive any message from IGL about them receiving my payment, and online in my ID it still shows payment due. It's very disappointing to see that none of your staff members at IGL are cooperating with my bane. The so-called IGL 24×7 customer care service is being unresponsive forever.

I lodged a complaint on 8th instant regarding overbilling, service request number is 9901322812. I am trying to resolve this issue for the past 6 months. Your customer care fellow says it will be resolved in 10 days. Please provide the complete solution as soon as possible.

Hi Team, my name is Ashish Saxena resident ( M-9899240113) of A1/65, UG2 DLF Dilshad Ext-2 Bhopura Sahibabad Ghaziabad. I have applied for a new connection but till the services provided by IGL team is not satisfactory. One day two guys visited my house and they told me that they are from IGL, when I have requested them to show their IDs and log book they don't have any. After some time I got a call from 8745900354 (Feroz) he told me that he is the supervisor and wants to install the pipeline. I told him to visit my place on Saturday but that fellow visited on the weekday and done the incomplete work. Forcefully he has joint the connection through building Shaft. Also, he promised that next day (which was Friday) his teammate will come by 9.30 am and complete the remaining piece of work. Till 11.00 am none of his guys turned up, when I called Feroz he told me that his guys are enjoying the weekend and will come as per their availability and suddenly he disconnected the call.

My BP number 7000037246 was disconnected on 22.06.17. Amount due was paid on October 17. However, my security deposit was not refunded till now. The various telephone call to customer care and email till now no refund. Please expedite the case, my number is 9891505674. Thanks Regards

Dear IGL Team, I am residing in A-168, Fateh Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi, and in our locality, new connections of PNG are to be given. Our problem is that the contractor working in our area wanted to give connection to our building from the front side. This is dangerous, as the position of their regulator will be such, that it will be on the main street where our cars are being parked and traffic is also there and on that street is the main street the kids use fireworks during the festivals, hence it is dangerous to have the gas connection there. Whereas it can be given from the side street, which is more appropriate and safe. It is convenient also, because all the kitchens of this building are at this side in one line upwards. The contractor is little adamant, kindly intervene, and get it sorted out for the long run thanks.

Dear IGL Team, I am very disappointed with IGL Services. It’s almost passed one+year but didn't get any call or action on my new connection. Even I called 100+ times to customer care and executive forward my request mail on urgent request but also it's not relevant because no any action happens till now. From 2015 I am complaining to IGL customer care regarding wrong charges of modification. There is no action taken has been taken from their end. My Bill was Rs Approx. Rs. 3000/-. Now it was Rs. 6000/-. Till date, I am requesting to resolve my problem. But the people are working In IGL are not working properly in time and as a result suffering customer in a several ways. My bp no is (4000538870), I have deposited security amount on 5/8/2017. As per your norms for the complete installation within 90 days from the date of deposit, I shifted to my new residence but facing a lot due to the non-installation of gas connection till date, so much delay is not expected from such a reputed organization. I contacted all the channels of IGL but of no avail, your attention is invited on the issue for settlement of my grievances at the earliest.

I was in NCR, where I was using my CNG car, but now I am transferred to Gorakhpur and there is no CNG station. When will it be started?
