Mercedes Benz South Africa Customer Care Toll Free Number

I have been trying to contact whoever is responsible for the Mercedes Benz brand because I am desperately in need of help. I brought my car (B192 AKZ) for service to Naledi Motors in Gaborone last week Friday 23rd of March 2018 at 0700 in the morning. In fact, my car was the first to arrive at Naledi Motors. This is because I had earlier booked for the car service for the 20th March 2018. Naledi motors returned my car without service because they claimed I did not book for service which I did. I have evidence that I did. However, the car was returned and I incurred expensed of traveling 100km to/fro Molepolole where I stay. On Friday 23rd of March 2018 at 0700 in the morning I requested that I be helped so that I get the car by 14h00 because I had to collect school kids, Naledi Motors failed to perform as agreed. To make matters worse, at 17h00 I received a phone from Naledi Motors telling me that my car will not be ready and I will collect it on Monday 26th March 2018.

I have been complaining about my previous service to Mercedes Benz head Office with the lady by the name of Linda. I got the feeling that Linda believe that the issue will die a natural death as she is not doing anything about it as long as I don't ask. Below is what happened; my car had a problem of power and I called Mercedes Benz road assistance were they referred me to the nearest dealer which was Maemo Motors in Rustenburg. The technician came to check on the car and found that the wires in the engine are eaten by rats. The car was towed to their workshop for repairs, I got the quote which included the costs for call out which I was not happy about because I always believe that its Mercedes Benz courtesy to attend to their customer problems. The service rep was Bheki at the time reporting under Ken. The car was fixed, I paid and claimed from my insurance. Within days of driving the car after it was fixed it had a problem and I took it to Linda whom is not giving any satisfaction.

I bought a Mercedes Benz, C200A,Agilty switch, registration number DS79GCGP, model 2015, sales person, Mr Thabani Ntombela, his contact number 0732356266 and his manager Paul Van Der Walt, that is at MB Bryanston last year September 2015, when I went to fetch the car there was no service book and the sales person promise that he is going to order it from Germany and send it to me, I tried to call and email them several times every time is a new story, just wanted to know who can help in this regard my number is 0823017249.

Would like it if I could get someone at mb head office to just show some interest in my complaint. Cannot get any reaction out of Mercedes Benz. I would like to know what the policy is when buying new car. If after 1day I do not want the car can I take it back? How long do I have or how much is the max amount of kilos?
