Teletalk Bangladesh Limited was incorporated as public limited company on 26th of December 2004, through a Companies Act 1994. The shares of the Teletalk Bangladesh Limited are owned by Government Bangladesh. Teletalk is registered under Joint Stock companies of Bangladesh’s Registrar. The main mission of Teletalk is to grow the telephone services to connect the people each other. m-Governance technology is used to exchange the information between citizens and government. This m-Governance technology is derived by e-governance. There is a third party software and mobile interactivity which is used in providing the mobile based live citizen reporting solution, makes an interaction between the citizens and Government of Bangladesh, offers the product Id for consumer products and organization, etc. The best feature is that the farmers are able to get the agriculture information services of all over the country. On the other side, to enhance the business, Teletalk has developed many innovative products and services, still the business is growing with the passion.
The products of the Teletalk includes the Flash package, Mi-Fi package, Okapia, internet devices, pocket router etc. The telecommunication services are provided in postpaid and prepaid both connections, for these the packages are available as 3G voice package, 2G voice package, mobile TV, data package international roaming services as well as the PCO services are also available. The special offers are offered to enhance customer base. The advance technology of online services is there which is helpful to maintain the recharges and payment of bills without visiting the customer care centers.
