Titan Eye Plus Customer Care Toll Free Number

Dear Sir, I am the regular user of titan eye plus spectacles. Recently I have faced the problem with the frame of Titan spects. My spectacles handle comes out from the frame I had given in your showroom in Ullubari in Guwahati and ask them to the needful. But they reply That they cannot repair or replace. Please solve my problem.

Dear Sir/Madam, ref: order No. TSKR009476 Dt. 12/07/2017 This is to inform you that with the above mentioned order no. I had ordered for a spectacle from your Shillong outlet. In this context I have a few points to make. 1.) The order was for my Sister Mrs Sujata borkataky (as a gift), who stays at Upper Assam. 2) The order took about a month for delivery. 3) We were informed by the store that the glasses which they had received for the first time after about 15 days was with the wrong power. 4) Finally they delivered the spectacle again with a wrong power - we had cross checked the power with your Tinsukia outlet and the Guwahati outlet, for cross verification. 5) This was not the first time I had such an experience with your Shillong outlet, earlier also I had ordered for spectacles and found similar problem's with this particular outlet. I had experienced your Delhi and Guwahati stores where I never had such problem's. 6) Kindly look into the matter.

I am writing this complaint to get into everyone's notice about very disgusting & Height of irresponsible behavior of staff of Titan Eye Plus show room which is in Jayanagar, Bangalore. I booked my glasses and paid 100% advance. at the time of booking on 17th Nov, 16 - I was promised delivery with in 4 days. Till Now - 25th November, 2016 the staff @ the stores are not sure and having no clue about the status. After following up with them for the last 3 days - now they want another 4 days to do this simple JOB. They don't know how to talk with the customers and not even bothered to inform this to me. Very casual behavior . Writing this complaint after getting disturbed with your staff's irresponsible behavior. Only God can save your organization. Contact me if you feel it is important. other wise it is your call. any how I left hope on this and placed order with some one. I am least bothered about the delivery you will give after 4 days from now. P.S

Sir, I purchase a frame and progressive glass from your titan eye plus store situated in Connaught Place k -28. But they give me wrong glasses, I can't read a single word. I have so much trouble to read, so I paid 3999 rupees before 1 day, so please change my glasses and give me new one in same cost thanks Lata Kane.

I approached your Titan Eye showroom situated in Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu just opposite to VOC Stadium on 10.08.2016 for purchase of a new reading glass. Uma Parvathy eye consultant attended me. She was very much annoyed to reply even to my vital questions like (1) which type of glass is more resistant to scratches plastic nor glass (2) which will be convenient for users moulded nose studs in the frame nor removable type (3) whether frame can be adjusted if it fits very tight (4) how scratches can be avoided. She was not only reluctant to answer these questions but insulted me by her conduct in front of other customers also. She was not at all interested in the business and her conduct was disgraceful. Kindly enquire into the matter and take necessary action against Uma Parvathy eye consultant and let me be intimated about the improvements or action.

Sir/Madam this is to inform you that I purchased a frame and lens from your shop (Invoice number BLA0002346, Invoice date 06/06/2013, sales order number TKRR002438), the coating of the lens peeled off. I have been wearing spectacles since my childhood and never faced this type of problem. I have not expected this from Titan Eye. Could you please look into the matter and replace the lens (free of cost) looking forward for favoring response thanking you Soma Kabiraj.

I have ordered for spectacles on your show room. I was told that will receive it within 3 days but it’s been more than 10 days and when I called they are not responding properly. I am suffering from eye problem I want this spectacles as fast as possible or cancel my order please I will make another spectacles I do not want titan eye plus spectacles I only want spectacles I am having very problem.
