The planning and performance of Lucknow Avash Vikas is very poor. I have complained many times that living condition in sector 10B Vrindavan yojna is not at all worth living whether it is road condition, lighting, cleaning, and anything but nothing has been heard and the condition is deteriorating day by day. If it is a condition state capital, one can imagine about other places. Really it is very shameful.

The Maintenance Office situated at Jhusi, Avas Vikas Colony, Yojna-3, Allahabad is not being maintained by any supervisory staff although officially a Junior Engineer is supposed to look after the maintenance job there. He never visits the office nor attends to his routine job assigned to him. The Maintenance Office is run only by sweepers (that too casual) headed by one Suresh Yadav, as their incharge. Suresh Yadav is also seldom seen in the office to attend to his duty. The Executive Engineer and Asstt. Commissioner concerned too have nothing to do with supervision and control over the Maintenance staff and the office. The residents of Avas Vikas Colony at Jhusi are at the mercy of casual sweepers to get their work done on payment of illegal gratification. Residents of Yojna-3 are being supplied drinking water mixed with stinking sewer water for the last nearly 10 days. Authorities are sleeping over the matter. Will the authorities be alert and wake up from their sleep?

Attention is invited on the plot no 206/8, Sector-10 Vikas Nagar (Lohia Nagar) Lucknow. For the last about 15 years, this plot has become no man's land. Some people have made a temporary road on it. There is no body to look after the cleanliness of this plot. Last year a severe line has passed through this plot though underground. Recently a pucca road is being constructed over it. The people constructing the road says that this road is being constructed by Nagar Nigam. The surprising aspect of this road construction is that it will block the drainage system of most of the house of the colony. The plot is the cause of dirty ness in the colony. The inquiry has been made from the officials of Nagar Nigam. They appear to be unaware and unconcerned. Therefore this complaint. My question is as to whether your Parishad has the rightful owner of this plot? If yes, why any sort of control showing the possession of the plot is not visible? If you have not permitted to make the road, stop it

I would like to bring to your kind notice that unauthorized encroachment should be removed so that road movement should not block. I am resident of Sector 6C Vrindavan Yojna Raibareilly Road. Kindly inform me how much time it would take to remove the encroachment. However, I am sending RTI requesting this information from Sachiv, Avas Vikas Parisad, Lucknow requesting me to allow fencing in front of the house. If agreed then I would be able to construct fencing by the side of the road. Thanks

Sir/madam an illegal construction at commercial plot number c-14, sector 2 Vikas Nagar is going on. As per my better knowledge from Awas vikas Parishad has approved g+3 but the builder has started the work on 4th floor. Kindly stop the construction and take the action as per lda rules/up govt rules as soon as possible because construction work is on full swing. Builder is pushpa builders beside lekhraj, panna market, sector 2, Vikas Nagar, Lucknow. I have already applied under RTI for getting his map. The road condition of Sector 10B of Vrindavan Yojna Awas Vikas Parishad Lucknow is badly damaged and very difficult to reach even up to house in rainy season. This is prone to accident also. You are requested to take necessary action in this regard. If it not possible to construct the road at least repairing work can be undertaken.

What ‘house 52 and 54 high risks size plots is11*22miter this size plots batsmen not allow. That's view construction works without maps approved. Please take actions immediately.
