Purchased 2 1.5 Vestar AC from Vansh Electronics Solapur in June 2017. Horrible experience,..... no one is there to listen to your complaint and solve it. Got the delivery of 2 ACs, and at the time of Installation, the company person found that in one pack, the Remote is missing. So he had immidiately informed the Dealer @ the same, & dealer representative had assured me that he will send the remote immidiately. Now till today almost 3 months passed by and I am still waiting for the Remote, without which, I can not operate my AC. We got one of our Split AC repaired by Umesh Engineering today. We were told that the starting capacitor was faulty and would cost R.1200/-.Fresh gas filling would cost Rs.2000/ service charge of Rs.500/- would be extra. After fitment of Ac, there was no free warranty service or information call of free service not provided by Vestar Company, which is big mistake done by company. Last week abnormal sound heard from window vestar ac, we contacted to vestar customer care toll free no, technician attended the complaint, they done servicing of ac, but during servicing ac condenser fins damaged from four places by vestar technician. We have bought 1.5tn Ac before three years. It has never worked. Frequently have to call for repairs, maintenance staff is totally hopeless. They will attend your phone after you will try for 25-30 times. Few days back, they came to repair, but at usual did not work. More over next day, it caught fire. I purchased 1 ton split air conditioner in May 2016. After 3-4 months, the air conditioner went dead. I registered a complaint with the dealer. At least 3-4 person visited my residence and finally told it was circuit problem. To rectify this problem, they took another 2 weeks. Customer care and their technical service are very poor, undisciplined. One Mr. Ram Yadav from Mira, who claimed is from the Vestar Service Centre instead of justifying the problem with the machine, spoke very rudely.
