August, 12th 2019They delivered my items in very bad condition. All furniture were damaged very badly. 1) My study table was completely broken in multiple pieces. 2) Leg supports of Sofa were broken. There were many cuts and scratches in skin of sofa 3) Bed was damaged at multiple places (One sliding drawer was completely broken) There are many other damage points, which i am not including here to keep the length of this post small. Further, vendor did not send any skilled person who can re-assemble the bed. Please note that this was included in charges. Resolution of grievances: when i called the vendor executive, Mr Mohan, to inform him of the issues, to my shock, he said that study table was already damaged when he received the same from me. Further, he just shrugged off responsibility by saying …”thoda bahut toh damage toh hota hi hai..” Right now, i am calling up everyone in Shree RK Packers and Movers to get paid against damages from vendor.
