Sweet Dishes: - Tilkut is the very famous sweet in the city which is prepared by pounded sesame seed cookies and made by melted sugar and jaggery batter. Khaja, Anarsa, Mal Pua, Besan Halwa, Balu Shahi, Peda are also the popular sweets in Ranchi.
