Microtek History
Microtek is a well known manufacturer of digital electronics products in India. The company provides variety of projector, cameras, LCD Tv etc. It is a publicly established Taiwan based company which was incorporated on 23 October, 1980. Microtek International Incorporation was established with its headquarters in Hsinchu, Taiwan. It was began by the founder Dr Bobo. Since 1983, Microtek began trade in the market. MS 300A, a desktop half ton scanner which launched by Microtek in the world, during the year of 1984. The brand launched several world's first scanning equipments in the market. Affordable black and white scanner, film scanner, affordable colour scanner, 36 bit colour flatbed scanner were some of its inventions. Microtek is the first company which manufactures flatbed scanner for photo prints. It was manufactured with Digital ICE technology. The brand released earlier flat screen EDTV during the year of 2005 named MHP-1. Cineon, a flat screen HDTV which was generated by Microtek in 2007. The company has a huge distribution network in India and overseas countries. It is the first manufacturing and customer support company of the country which is certified with ISO 9001-2000. Microtek is the subsidiary of Action Group.
