Hello, my name is Govind Mahajan from Pune and five years ago, I bought a Sonata clock from Company's authorized service center. They gave me some special discount on this. During the time period of the clock, I found that it works well and never created any problem.

Hello, it's Rajeev Singh from Pune and I bought a Sonata wristwatch through online shopping. And after a few days it started creating a problem with its timing. So I went to the Sonata authorized service center to repair this. After seeing its warranty card they told me that we can charge extra money to repair this. Because you purchase this through online shopping and not from the company's authorized outlet. So I don't like the Sonata service center.
