The biggest mistake of my life to bought the side shifter of Voltas. That worked only for six months well after that it is creating lots of problem. Some time it automatic stops work and automatically starts the work. The technician has solved the problem but only for one week. Again the problem is there, again the engineer was called and the problem is not solved. Tell me, should i have to call him again and again?

Hello, Gopal Bhardwaj here. I am about 58 years old and still handling my all the business. The executive of your service center spoke so loudly with me while he is only about 22 to 25 years old. The side shifter which i bought from you is not working and the engineer was making excuse to solve this problem. Kindly solve the problem otherwise i have complaint against you.
