Visited the Chennai express avenue store today, to buy running shoes terrible service, The guy who was supposed to show us shoes told me 'all what are here are running shoes‘ so I asked him again can you show and his response was again 'whatever is here '. He didn't even show me a particular shoe or offer for me to try it on, how are we supposed to decide? Based on the color? Extremely terrible. I said no thanks and started to walk out, and he stood there watching. If a loss of a customer does not matter why have a store. Extremely dissatisfied and annoyed at the lethargy of the sales rep. There wasn't any suggestion or offer to help. Extremely annoyed. 05 Jul 2015
