There was a problem in my induction cooktop. So, I took it to the service center. The executive took it for three hours to make it reappear. When I went to him again to take my cooktop back, he was asking for money. Sir, My product is under Life Time warranty, then why I should pay money for this service. I also have shown him the warranty card. But he is not agreeing, so solves this problem and asks your executive to return me my cooktop free of cost. 02 Jul 2015

Hello, Sushma is here. I called the customer care number of Faber. From some days my kitchen chimney is not working properly. I thing it needs to be clean. When i called the customer care executive, he told me that he would reach to me within 3 hours, but he did not come. So, i thing he got forget to come at me. So, i called him again. Now there was another executive, he also said that he would definitely come within 3 hours but no one reached to my home. 24 hours has passed. So, do the needful 02 Jul 2015

Faber is the brand name of a lot of products such as Colours, chimneys and much more things. My gas was not working properly so I went to Faber customer care and checked the gas stove. They checked the problem and rectify it and charged me Rs 300, now it is working fine. I am satisfied with their job. 16 Jun 2015
