Mahalakshmi Sir, I am coming from Vadapalani to Kilpauk Garden road by 37 B bus only. 37B is the only bus is going to perambur and other than no bus from vadapalani to perambur. We are so many people are expecting this bus only daily in our office timings. This bus is usually will take at 8.50am in the morning from Vadapalani bus depot. Nowadays the bus is not available in the bus stand.
S.vijaya Some conductors are also not responding to the passenger to tell about the bust route whether it will there or stop there like that information they have to give.
s.vijaya Last week i went to Marina beach. In the near bus stops there is bus number which will stop there. We rushed here and there to catch a bus because of this. Please put bus numbers in the stopping. I request better you can mention the major stops of the bus with bus numbers in the bus stops. It will very usefull to new commerer and other stat/county persons also.

I tried to the customer care number to give suggestion about bust stops/routes but no response these numbers. Why so much numbers you are giving without any response while we try.
Raja Durga 23 Jul 2015 Bus Route- B51, V51- both Deluxe, ordinary bus does not stop. In that route many residential, office goers, workers wait for these Buses. Unfortunately in the Bus Stop route of these two buses are mentioned. We are finding very difficult in our daily routine. One more request we are requesting for a small bus inside Thiruvaluvar Street as there are many residential flats come in where it takes more 15 minutes to reach the bus stop. Small Buses goes even to Namakalam route. Kindly Consider and do the needful.
banu 11 Jan 2016 No buses stop in peek hours in medavkkam and hcl bus stop. Some bus stop person in step not gives space get up into the bus. Request put contractor like at sholinganallur bus stop request, to operate bus from medavkkam to sholinganallur in peak hours. All buses come with rush not able keep stepping in the bus. Because of this, only auto people earning more money. All day spent to auto very difficult within a few kilometer wait one hour in office come back because of poor operating function.

Today I went there they they told me go to Broadway depot there I will get my bus pass when I went to Broadway depot and asked bus pass they told me to go to Thiruvottiyour depot. I am residing in Minjur why can't you provide this pass in every depot. I'm already aged person why are you making us stress. Kindly tell the exact depot where I can get my senior citizen bus pass.

Complaint: Plying only Christian songs in Bus music system. Driver and conductor were misused Govt bus to spread Christianity in govt bus. Other religious members travel in the bus felt very discomfort mentally from early morning and unnecessary arguments. Kindly take actions against them and avoid such activities in future.

Harish 24 Dec 2021 Sir, I travelled today 24th Dec at 8:30pm in route 65B bus no TN01 N 5659, boarded the bus at Stedford hospital to Avadi market along with my two sons age 4 yrs.
I asked for half ticket to the conductor, he refused by saying half ticket not applicable for city limits, only full ticket payment has to be done.
