Dear Sir/Madam,
Greetings for the day!!
I have booked the ticket for my small brother (12 years old) in the emergency from Jaipur to Mysore. I could not be sent original id proof for him because its take long time to reach there, train number: 12976, coach number: S7 Seat number 39 RAC, Name: Balbir Singh, he is having the duplicate copy of his documents, while reaching Mysore a local TTE came and fined him Rs. 1650 Net. I requested him the lot for not fine because it’s a very urgent to his to reach Mysore, but he talked rudely and arrogance. Can you tell me how much the fine for not having original id proof for the child not for the adult? I request you please let me know the fine charges for the child as soon as possible. I have receipt also for fine, and also let me know that the railways are charging the same amount, Please call me or write me on below given details. 15 Dec 2017
