Sir, it is not a good thing for you. I have to attend an urgent occasion. It was a marriage of my childhood friend. What was the reason, I don’t know? When I reached at the Railway station, the train was one hour late. I was waiting there, looking here and there, but the train did not come. I reached to the marriage all the customs was done. I called the Railway customer care number to get the information related my booking of train. The train was booked on time. But when i went to the railway station my name was not in the list of that booked train. It was quite surprising. When I asked at the help desk counter, they were also refusing about the booked train online. Now can anyone help me out from this problem? 08 Jul 2015
