We received a call from snap deal to our number 9487288887 telling that we are eligible to get a free gift of iphone seven plus when we purchase a item...and so we ordered a ookely glass for rs.8190 through paytm and when the delivery date arrived they told us to pay tax amount alone of rs8899 ....v paid that amt also through pay tm.....we got the msg from paytm that all our transactions are sucess but snapdeal executive says we did not receive the amount and asking us to pay the tax amount again and saying they will refund the first paid amount.....first they said the amount is not credited and now they are telling they will reverse the amount after receiving our second time transfer....they are cancelling the order nor delivering the product..i need you to take some steps regarding this matter...my order no is 3393758908...my product no is O09102/52......the phone number provided by them for contact is 8013215737...... I had ordered a watch costing about Rs.7000 from snapdeal. I had paid for this product. The delivery of this product has not yet been made yet.
The delivery person name was given as 9597268344 and his name as Vignesh. I had tried to reach this person and he has received my home address multiple times. Each day I call him, he tells that he just reached my home address and standing in front of my house gate and while I go. He is no where to be found.
He has been cheating me for the past 4 days now.

I need guidance from snapdeal, if I need to register a police complaint against this cheating or would Snapdeal provide me the delivery of the product.

Please advise ASAP.
