I open a savings bank with my wife as a joint holder in 2008 due to my old age. I open a separate savings account in her name and also FDs. But in syndicate bank they mention in FD receipt 10 years old lapsed and vacated house address. They don't agree ICICI bank address proof. They say kyc .let me know the validity period of KYC and let me how to change it. Sorry, I have no present address proof in her name. I have permanent address proofs of Adhar card and pan card of Walajapet address not in Chennai. If I accepting it now I feel problems may rise on mature. Suggest me what to do? I have never seen a good bank like Syndicate Bank Customer Care is. The services, offers, saving plans and investment schemes all are awesome services of this bank. The bank has impressed me too much. The staff, the manager even then the peons of the bank are so supportive and they behave very well with all customers. Last week, I visited at Syndicate Bank to open a saving account. The bank very disappointed me. The formalities of the bank for just open an account are too many. Bank staff is also worthless. They did not concentrate on what the customer is saying. Their working was very slow and the manager was also very useless person there. 15 Jun 2015
