Reference my Tata sky id 101687222, no Tata sky signal in entire tower 4 of Hamilton Court, DLF phase 4 Gurgaon since 5 pm yesterday. Complaint filed since 6 pm yesterday. No one has bothered to come. Tata sky should be ashamed.

I am not able to remove my ad on package from my subscription I.D. No. 1063508996. Whenever i am calling on customer care the interactive voice system is considering to add instead of remove for my all reply. On my Tatasky account when i am trying to remove this. They are denying and reason mentioned there is i can deactivate this service because i have subscribed it recently and i have to keep it minimum for a period of 1 month. but the fact is i am using it since long and this reason is simply to cheat the customer. please do something to get rid off from this situation.
