I have shopped an Usha Janome automatic zig-zag sewing machine. It is stylish, automatic needle threading and lightweight. I can easily operate it and stitch clothes. But suddenly, the serger looper threader broken down and stopped running. I talked to the customer care number al told the problems. Next day, the technician came and replaced that part. Now, my sewing machine is working properly. I appreciate the Usha services. 30 Jun 2015

Last Monday I purchased the new cooler from usha international. After some days there was some sparking problem created in the cooler. I contacted to the customer care and complaint about cooler problem. The engineer came and rectify the issue. My overall experience was good. 10 Jun 2015
