The attitude is non-working again the same problem. If you have to rectify your Laptop the first thing is that you to keep the data backup stored at another location without assessing the problem. This time I was to rectify the DVD Driver and was asked to keep the data back up and the charges will be Rs 1000 and if the drive is to be replaced 4000/will be the charged. Monetarily there is no problem but where to keep data when you are going for the repair. This was totally absurd for a customer, besides the customer has to download the data back of his own. The performance of the service center is questionable. 10 Jun 2016
