Last month I purchased the new Acer laptop online. After some days there was a battery problem was created in my new Acer laptop. So I called to Acer customer care and registered a complaint regarding my laptop issue. After one day the engineer came at my home and checked the issue, and rectified the laptop issue in free of cost. I am very glad with their services.

I am not happy with Acer Customer Care Services. They did not provide accurate information to the customers. I had to purchase Acer Laptop from online shopping website. But now I am facing some problem in my laptop. So I contact customer care number of Acer. But they provide me incorrect information. So I am not satisfied with Acer Customer Care.
