The talking way of Ace Teleshop customer care is so bad. Hello, it's Mohit Rathor from Mumbai. I don't like the Ace Teleshop customer care, because of their bad behavior. Last week I called customer care and asked about my ordered. They talked some time and started transferring my phone call one to another and at last disconnected.

I order a Samsung mobile phone from Ace Teleshop. The mobile was not delivered on correct date which they committed. Then I called customer care and asked about the mobile delivery. They apologized for their mistake and committed to delivered product in the next day. That's the reason I like this company because the next day I received my mobile phone.
