Air Asia customer care is the low cost airline. Last month I planned to travel from Mumbai to Dubai. I called to the Air Asia customer care and booked the two tickets, they charged me Rs 50,000 including luggage. They delivered my tickets on proper time at my home. I am fully satisfied with their job.

Last Sunday, I booked a ticket of business class in AirAsia airline. But suddenly I got a call from my boss, he told me that come another day today's meeting is cancelled. So I made a call to the customer care of AirAsia to cancel my ticket, but they refused to cancel my ticket. When I asked them about the reason they did not give any satisfactory answer. So that time they did not cancel the ticket and not refund my amount. What a bad airline and worthless staff of AirAsia.

Last month, I decided to meet my daughter who is in Singapore. My son booked my ticket on the Air Asia airline. He thought that this airline will be safe and comfortable for his mother but he proved wrong. This is the worst airline, which I have ever seen because the staff of the Air Asia provides very bad services to its passengers. I ordered three time orange juice, but no one gave me that. So I myself wake up and said the leader of their staff. What a useless airline it is.
