I have my bad experience with an Air Canada holiday package. I will not deal with them again. The accommodation provided by Air Canada was very dirty. The unhealthy meal was provided by them. After the trip nobody was available from Air Canada to lodge the complaint. Very bad service was provided by Air Canada.

I got the confirmation message on my mobile. The company did not inform me about the delay of the flight. I wasted my three hours on the airport. Very poor Air Canada customer care service provided by the company.
