The air India airline is one of the big traveling airlines in Mumbai. Last month I was returning from a traveling trip to India. The food was not good and staff were very rude. They displayed the lack of awareness of time and the seats was uncomfortable. My overall experience was very bad and not satisfied with their job.

I had booked my ticket in Air India flight from Delhi to Chennai. In news channel it shown that due to weather problem all the flights were delayed. So i called to the Air India customer care as i wanted to know the departure time of my flight. They picked up the call but did not reply anything. I again called them and asked the time they said now there is more rush so call after some time. I never expected this kind of behaviour from the Air India. This is disgusting.

I really fed up from Air India services. Last week, I booked a flight from Delhi to Mumbai through its online site. When, I went to the airport that day, the customer support said they dont have any information about my flight and i can not go. I shown him all the transaction details but they didn't accept it. I am so disappointed.

I was amazed and dont know what to do as i am going attend an important conference in chennai. But thanks to Air India that they provided us other flight and that was on time.
