I visited your outlet on Faizabad road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow on 16-1-2017 for changing over from postpaid to prevent paid. The interaction with the Manager explicitly highlighted the need for Airtel to train them in etiquettes so important in dealing with customers. If the representative of a company becomes overbearing or does not have the correct tone of voice, it is bound to put off any prospective or existing customer. A corrective step is definitely required.
