First, they people never pick the call, at last when the pick the call, then do not give proper information and down the call very loudly. So, it is free advice to you guys if you want to increase your customers and then first improve your customer care services.

I bought one coupon related to talk time. That was not activating, so i called to Airtel Customer Care Number. They told me the step how to recharge it, i did every thing step by step. But it did not recharge. Again i called to customer care number, they are saying to visit at nearest dealer store. Now, again the dealer is saying to call on customer care number. what is this?
