Axis bank service is too bad becuase they don't respond to any numbers and if we go to bank personally ,then also no use.

In my opinion, Axis bank service is very good. I have an account in Jayanagar branch. Also, I visit J P nagar III phase branch. I find the service very good (including the customer care service).

Sir, I am Subramanya S G, on 25th june I got a mail from axis bank, stating your edge loyalty Rewards balance is 6290 - redeem, but today I try to redeem, I could not login, because pw is not correct and I got otp 2times that also not working, and once it was showing your balance is zero, I tried to redeem for PROVOGUE AVIATOR SUNGLASSES 1NO. ITEM CODE LA69. Further what to do, just before writing I checked still it is showing your login details are not correct. Further how to proceed, how to redeem pl tell me.

Very bad, Axis bank customer supports have tried 18004195959, 912267987700, 08043428188, 18002095577, 18001035577, and 18002335577 all numbers but its works too irritating past 4 days.
