I contacted a number of an Axis Bank officer at Ernakulum for information relating to my credit card. I dialed several times but the concerned person never tried to pick up the phone. I was making online payment of insurance premium using credit card. The same was failed and I was trying to get the matter rectified. As I could not communicate the message I could not pay the premium using your card though I have limit. I request you to do the necessary for a hassle free banking operations as far as the customers are concerned.

The last one week continuously calling to Axis bank Kochi, Willingdon island branch. They cannot pick up the call. Three phone numbers are there, phone ringing not pick up any number.
