customer care executive is not available in non Banking hours then what is the use of customer care. no customer comfort at all.

Axis bank is one of the biggest banks in Mumbai. There are lots of customers of this bank. Axis bank customer care is 24 hours available for your problems. Last time I have issue my internet banking password. I did a lot of efforts from my side. But no show the result. At the end, I called the customer care and said the query, they easily solved my problem. I am very happy and satisfied with their services.

I called to the Axis Bank Customer care number to get the information related how to pay the bills through online. The executive provided me full information and I did everything as he told me, but my online bill is not paid. Kindly help me out. Tomorrow is the last date of bill payment. So, do the needful.

Then i made call again but this time another executive picked the call. Sir, the first executive was giving proper information but second time, i do not get any proper information. I lunched complaint regarding my home loan EMI and for enquirer about Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana but no one called me. I called customer care, but their response is not proper, very worst service of Axis Bank. In future I will go to complain on RBI side regarding this matter.
