I have a complaint against bank manager, IPCL Branch, Vadodara today-03.05.2017, (Bank Manager) has refused to sign on my supporting documents (PAN Card Xerox copy) to Digital Signature Documents without any proper reason, is very non cooperative and harassments to customers, as I am a very old customer since last 25 years. The signature of Bank Manager is statutory required on my Pan Card Xerox to make it attested!
