Hello this is a Tanisha Kunnan from Chandigarh. Barclays Bank customer care service is really good. Last month I had called its customer care number for new debit card. Barclays Bank customer care executive told me the process of debit card. Now I have open new debit card of Barclays bank. I am happy with Barclays Bank customer care services.

I am very unhappy with the Barclays bank. I had an account in Barclays bank from last two months. I called the Barclays bank customer care number to apply an education loan. But the bank interest of rate was very high. I can't afford the amount. I am very disappointed.

The Barclays Bank customer care service is not good. They have not provided information to the customers. The behavior of the Barclays Bank staff was very rudely. Last week my visit to Barclays bank for a personal loan. But the bank customer services are very slow and management is not good. I am very disappointed with Barclays Bank customer care.
