Hi, I am Amita and my overall experience with Barclays bank was not good. I have an account in this bank and I applied for a credit card. After submitting the all documents, I received my new credit card at my house within 15 days, but now my credit card not working. When I called to customer care of the bank, they did not receive calls. I am not happy with their customer service.

I am not satisfied with the Barclays Bank customer care. I had to call it customer care number to inform about me debit card information. I just want to inform that my debit card has activated, the bank executive talking to me very rudely. He was ignoring my call and talked with another person. So, I am not happy with the Barclays Bank customer care.
