Barclays bank is the smallest foreign bank in Mumbai. I am 1 year old customer to this bank. They give the best facility to all the bank customers. Last few days ago I did not remember my password so I could not login my net banking site. I called to the Barclays bank customer care and they solved my problem within 5 minutes. I very appreciate to this bank customer care service

Sir, i called the customer care number for asking some questions but the services of customer care are so slow. Whenever, i call the customer care number they put me on hold for ten minutes and after that give me information. And thus the time of wasting goes on without any reason. So, improve the services
