This is the worst experience I have ever had at hairdressers! I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon. This is the worst hair color I have ever received. I wanted to color my hair ombre and being a part of such a big salon, the hairdresser doesn’t even know what ombre style is, he just kept saying that as you have applied henna so the desired color will not come on your hair. But henna was way to back let say more than 8 months and after that I cut my hair short too. Probably the hairdresser only bleached my color because the kind of color which came out (bronze or copper) we can get it simply at home as well. I paid Rs 7000 for that color which I dint like at all. They never did a strand test before application. Moreover even if you did henna on your hair it shouldn’t matter after a period of 8 months also when most of the hair is already cut out. I dont think they have the knowledge of basic rules for hair color.
