I purchased a life insurance policy through an agent of Bharti Axa Life Insurance company. After purchasing of policy one week later I went to his office to meet him and asked him about my policy documents. But he did not give any response. So I called to Bharti Axa Life Insurance Customer Care and tell them my problem. But the Bharti Axa Life Insurance Customer Care staff also did not hear my problem and made an excuse. I am not satisfied with their bad services.
