Swipe Tablet Velocity ( IMEI no SWP2012001008237 ) was purchased from M/s Bhatia Comm & Retail ( India ) Pvt Ltd , Ghod Dhod Road , Surat on 01/03/2013. Within month of its purchase the tablet was not getting stared and same was reported to M/s Bhatia Comm & Retail ( India ) Pvt Lt

As per the advice of retailer the tablet was taken to the authorized service center at M/s RV Solutions Pvt Ltd, Belgium Square , Ring Road , Surat . The tablet was handed over to the service center on 4th May 2013. The service center for more than one month for want of some spare parts and after continuous follow up it was returned on 20 July 2013.

However immediately the tablet was again fail to start. We had again taken the matter with M/s Bhatia Comm & Retail ( India ) Pvt Ltd , Ghod Dhod Road and to our surprise he has again advice to approach the same service center M/s RV Solutions Pvt Ltd,. On 22 July 2013 the tablet was handed over to the service center for repair.

With continuous follow up the tablet was return on 25 Aug 2013, after one month. To our utter surprise the tablet is again not starting.fail to understand what repairs were carried out by the service center?. Service center is not at all giving any satisfactory answers to the quarries and they are not able to resolve the problem with tablet.

It is also not known whether they have carried out any repair or just returning the tablet and want us to suffer.
With present condition of the tablet and two job works it is very clear that SWAP Velocity tablet is beyond repairs and this happens within the guarantee period, Infact tablet was used only for few days after the purchase.

In view of above it is requested to arrange replacement of the tablet and resolve the problem for once and all . Please TREAT the matter on urgent basis.
