Hi, This is a very critical issue. There are about hundreds of emu birds sheltered in open land area, at Perundurai to Kunnathoor Road. The temperature there now is too high. There are many cows near Thondamuthur Road, Vadavalli Road were tied their neck to the front leg of the cows. Tying the neck to the anterior leg will cause lot of strain to the animal.The whole day cow will be wondering about the field with the neck tied to the leg.
