Third class service, very rough, unprofessional, doesn't bother to take phone, staff uses phone only for out going.How blue dart service can afford staff like this? As if v r living in 1960, when we have to go personally & no phone.throw the garbage.

There is no response from Delhi gate branch of blue dart, also they are not providing telephonic solution and therefore we have to travel long way to the Belgium square for any query. Also the behavior of staff is very rude, so at least blue dart should train their staff to stay in service industries.
